World-Class Training for Leaders
Warren just returned from a one week leadership development program with senior executives from Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, Kenya, and Sudan. The diverse group of 32 participants learned what it means to be more effective leaders and how leaders differ from managers. The program also emphasized how to maximize leadership at all organizational levels by describing how to create a leadership culture.
In December, Warren conducted a week-long training program in Beijing for Chinese business persons. We have opened an office in Beijing to provide leadership training for all of China. Nabil Huening will be our local representative. He has worked in China for 10 years and speaks fluent Chinese.
The second edition will be published in February 2008 by The Leadership Group Press. This revised and updated version of the book describes the “laws” that define all leaders and includes over 300 “action ideas” on how to apply the laws in a practical manner.
