To maximize leadership at all levels, the program described specific actions leaders can take EVERY DAY if necessary. These included concepts such as building rapport, developing trust, and clarifying expectations. When a leadership situation arrives, participants learned about the importance of asking questions to determine how to understand their environment and utilizing “strategic eyesight” to formulate a course of action. The importance of clear, consistent, and coherent communication was also stressed.
